BFL Sock

75% Superwash Blue Faced Leicester Wool 25% Nylon

425 m / 464 yards per 100g

A firm favourite at Needle and Fred, with a longer staple length, BFL creates a hard wearing and durable yarn, whilst still retaining a softness more than suitable for wearing next to the skin. A fingering weight 4 ply yarn made from a blend of 75% British Blue Faced Leicester Wool & 25% Nylon. Ideal for socks with the added nylon content, the drape and handle once knitted up means this base will also make beautiful sweaters and shawls.
