FAQs
Sign ups close monthly on the 15th, with dyeing starting after that. We then aim to ship clubs out within a week.
Nope 🙌 this is a monthly subscription, so simply choose a card or PayPal at checkout and it will renew on the 1st of the month, you don't have to do anything apart from enjoy your yarn delivery.
The cut off for each month is the 15th, when dyeing will start, so if you sign up after that, the first box you'll get will be the following month.
Yes, you can skip a box at any time. You'll be able to do this in your account, you don't even have to ask us 😊
You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel at any point, simply go to the Subscriptions section in your account. If you've already paid for that month you'll still get your final box.

Due to the recent USPS price increases we are trialling weight based shipping for the USA.
This will ensure you do not overpay for postage as the prices align with the Post Office.

We are also trialling vacuum packing for smaller orders - this allows us to ship via a more affordable service and pass the saving on to you. Your yarn will arrive in plastic rather than tissue but should return to its regular size shortly after air is allowed in the wrapping.

In the unlikely event that you don't love your yarn, we will happily accept a return if you contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
