Delivery

UK postage is £3.50 or FREE on orders over £50. All orders are currently shipping as normal until we receive advice otherwise from Royal Mail.

International shipping is available with tracking (recommended) or as a slower standard service. The exact price for your country will show at checkout (up to a maximum of £9.90 for a tracked service).

All International orders are currently being upgraded to tracked in light of COVID-19, in case of any unanticipated in transit delays for peace of mind, however at the time of writing worldwide delivery is still available.

Returns

We happily accept returns if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We do however kindly ask that yarn must still be in skeins and not have been used or caked up. Please note return postage will be your responsibility.
